Sayyidina,
Muhammadin an-Nabiyyi al-ummiyyi,
Wa 'ala alihi wa sahbihi wa sallim.

O My Lord,
My sins are like
The highest mountain;
My good deeds
Are very few
They’re like a small pebble.
I turn to You
My heart full of shame,

Bestow Your
Forgiveness and Mercy

Pertama kali aku mendengar nama Sami Yusuf dan mendengar lagunya ialah pada tahun 2006. Seorang teman mengemelkan lagu ini kepada aku... Terus aku tertarik dengan lagu ini.... Lain daripada yang lain. Waktu itu belum ada nama Maher Zain yang terngiang-ngiang di corong radio. Mmm apa khabar teman ku itu ya?
